EXAMPLE 1: Probably friendly place you have been to. Likely Christian

  • A: Hi, I have bought things at your business several/quite a few times, and esp. love the Samosa (or whatever you enjoy). I’ve also told friends about you. So hope it has helped you.
  • I’ve been helping raise awareness about an exciting conference about creation that is coming on Oct. 11/12.  The Bible has over 200 verses about creation and researchers say that creation vs. Darwinism is now the #1 reason that decides whether faith grows or is lost.  They also say that without faith in God, not society has stayed safe or free long term. So we have planned a creation conference with many incredible speakers to talk about why it’s crucial for belief, life, justice, families and more.
  • B: Hmmm…that sounds interesting. Who’s speaking?
  • A: Well as this flyer shows, we have Calvin Smith, director of Answers in Genesis as well as a lot of other scientists and professors speaking. There’s a lot of good science there, but they are also going to share how creation has major impacts on relationships, families, justice, mental health and more. There is also a kids program with live exotic animals and outdoor activities too.
  • Could we give you some flyers to hand out to people so they know about this creation ?
  • B: Sure.
  • A: We also have some posters that people could look at with a QR code. Could this be posted somewhere so people could see it?
  • B: I’d be happy to do that.
  • A: Thanks so much and I’ll keep telling my friends about the great food you make here!

EXAMPLE 2: Unknown places.

  • A: Hi, how long has your business been in this area?
  • B: About 3 years.
  • A: Well I’ve lived here ~2 years and love all the amazing nature in the area. It’s great to be able to enjoy the wonders of creation.
  • B: Yes, I enjoy them too.
  • A: Well about creation, there’s exciting conference about creation that is coming on Oct. 11/12.  There is a lot of conflict over this issue in our world. So we have planned a creation conference with many incredible speakers to talk about why creation is crucial for belief, life, justice, families and more.
  • B: Well, I’m not really interested in that.
  • A: Well, I understand. I didn’t take it serious either. But then I found that many wise people say creation is important because it intrinsically means we are equal and it inspired people to pioneer, human rights, education for all, a lot of science and more. Darwin’s survival of the fittest means we are not equal. And some have followed this idea to harm others. So I’ve realized it’s more important.
  • B: Who’s speaking?
  • A: Well as this flyer shows, we have Calvin Smith, director of Answers in Genesis as well as a lot of other scientists and professors speaking. There’s a lot of good science there, but they are also going to share how creation has major impacts on relationships, families, justice, mental health and more. There is also a kids program with live exotic animals and outdoor activities too.

Could we give you some flyers to hand out to people so they know about this creation ?

  • B: Well, it sounds good, but I don’t think so.
  • A: OK.  If you change your mind, it’s at Southern Adventist University on Oct. 11/12. God bless and have a great day!
