SUMMARY: When we think about our choices in politics, the Bible has a lot to say about that. The Bible tells us that greed and pride are the source of all evils (1 Tim. 6:10, Isaiah 14:12-15, Proverbs 16:18) The Bible lists at least 20 specific evils that greed causes including that “Greed brings grief to the whole family” (Prov. 15:27), causes fighting (Prov. 28:25), causes violence (Ez. 45:9, Is. 5:7,8), ruins nations (Hab. 2:5), eradicates God’s love in people’s hearts (1 John 3:17), will cause very difficult times in the last days (2 Tim. 3:1,2) and more. So greed and pride are the the top causes of every evil that sincere people on all sides hate. Bible principles and vast research show that greed is the top cause of abortion, Marxism/globalism and secularism that my friends on the right rightly see as evil. They also show that greed is also the top cause of the obscene wealth of a few, grinding poverty for billions, environmental destruction, racism, sexism and other evils that my friends on the left rightly see as evil. So the primary principle that we need to follow as Christians and/or moral people is refusing to support politicians who are on the side of greed.
The Bible tells us repeatedly that we can’t be on the side of God and greed at the same time (Matt. 6:24) and says never to support politicians who are greedy, promiscuous or ignorant of God’s law (Deut. 17:17-20). Why? Because a person who will betray his spouse for sex, his friends and customers for money will have no qualms about betraying the whole country for his own sinful desires. And those who are ignorant of God’s laws will be easily manipulated by powerful forces like Darius was manipulated to institute policies that were intended to kill Daniel. The only possible consequence of violating God’s political principles is much more injustice, abuse and eventually civilization ruin as happened many times in the Bible and in history when these principles are ignored.

If you study history, Republicans started out admirably as a party opposed to slavery. But republicans sold out to the elite wealthy from the early 1900s and pioneered government by greed esp. from the 1980s with Reagan and Bushes. They followed welfare for the rich in the trillions of dollars (with trickle down economics, myriads of loopholes for the rich, enormous subsidies for Wall Street but not Main street and more). Democrats started out admirably as a party advocating democracy and basic rights for workers. But they also sold out to greed to a lesser degree from the 1990s with the Clintons and Biden has done this most of his career too.
The policies of the republicans primarily and democrats secondarily are the primary cause of ~7 kinds of death in America and worldwide (because of Americ’s influence. Abortions skyrocket under republicans by 40-300%. Deaths from bad health, poverty, pollution, suicides, war, COVID-19, as well as much higher levels of sexual slavery, poisoning the environment, giving control of government to Catholics, constant massive wars, siding with corporations against families and many other evils are all highest under Republicans.
But democrats are not much better. Biden has helped corporations force families into debt, has promoted wars for empire, mass incarceration, etc. You could consider them the lesser of two evils and [it a lot of pressure on them after the election to do good as Dr. Cornel West/Dr. Chomsky and others have said.
But most important, Christians and moral people should unify to oppose ALL evils and injustices that people from ALL backgrounds see. What Christians and churches do day to day and week to week in their churches and communities has far more of an effect in reducing evils and injustices that both the right and left are concerned about than anything else, far more than putting a piece of paper in a box every 4 years as research by many scholars like Dr. Cnaan, Dr. Robert Woodberry and many others has shown)
If we as Christians followed Bible standards, they would recognize all the injustices that BOTH parties talk about ranging from abortion to healthcare (that cares about life from womb to tomb), from atheism/marxism to racism/the environment and all others. They would study the Bible and science together and look at what candidate’s policies cause the greatest good and which result in the least evil and use their political influence to vote for the best good (not the better of two evils). Supporting 3rd parties may send a better message and make more substantial changes than supporting the 2 party oligarchy/duopoly If we all vote for the “best good”, not the lesser of two evils, the the result might be vastly different. John Adams said that votes based on principle are never wasted and 3rd parties have pioneered your right to vote, the 8 hour work day, maternal life, worker safety, paid vacations and many other things. And so if you were to vote for the lesser of 2 evils, you would have to vote against republicans first and foremost.
Far more important than who becomes president in 2020 is what Christians and moral people do day to day and week to week in their churches and communities. Your daily buying choices are FARRR more powerful to do good than putting a piece of paper in a ballot once every 4 years and arguing in between that. Some people/friends of mine support republicans and Trump thinking they are doing good while other people/friends of mine who also want the best good for as many people as possible support democrats and Biden. The Bible says not to put our trust in princes. Trump is a neo-liberal catastrophe and Biden is a neo-liberal disaster (neo-liberal economics is massive defiance of God, and is basically about giving trillions to the already super rich for no work done, and is strictly forbidden by the Bible). This is the primary cause of every evil on earth that both conservatives and liberals are rightly concerned about. But it is your daily buying choices and use of money that has the biggest impact in increasing various kinds of injustice or reducing it. To reduce all injustices, we’ll have to work through churches and get them to follow Bible economics if we have any sincerity in reducing abortion and other evils in society.

If we look at research on what causes the most deaths of innocents, the most ruin for families, the most destruction of genuine freedom and more, it’s greed. It is a fact that Republicans have pioneered government by greed for over a century and especially since the 1980s with trickle-down economics and neo-liberal economics (both parties support this, but republicans pioneered it) in ways that are diametrically opposed to God’s principles. They also are pioneers of violent wars in many states for dominance and power (almost 80% of aggressive wars were started by Republicans, including many that destroyed democracy in other countries as many scholars, American military men and victims have testified to. - Bad health habits/conditions: ~41,000,000 people/year[1] (many due to greed/corporate drugs/junk food)
- Abortion: ~40,000,000+ fetuses/year[2] (due mostly to greed)
- Poverty: ~18,000,000 people/year[3] (greed/poverty is also a factor in other deaths)
- Pollution: ~12,600,000 people/year[4] (due to mostly corporate greed)
- Injuries/violence: ~5,800,000 people/year[5] (due to mostly corporate greed)
- Racism ~3,850,000 people/year[6] (profits from racism are ~$182 billion/year)
- Work accidents: ~2.78 million people/year[7] (greed causes safety principles to be ignored)
- Violence (Murder, War, etc): ~1,600,000 people/year[8] (greed causes desperation which causes violence)
- Road accidents: ~1,350,000 people/year[9] (alcohol corporations and car companies follow greed above safety).
- Suicide: ~1,000,000 people/year[10] (this is mostly due to greed by a few causing depression for many)
If you are against deaths of innocent people you have to be against the party that supports greed and corporations that put profit over people most. And because republicans follow policies of greed, corruption, violence for empire and so much more, by Bible principles, Republicans are the top #1 cause of pretty much all major causes of death, including the above causes. And evidence below show that Trump has escalated the numbers of deaths in many of these areas. In addition, the rate of the sexual slavery of children has escalated under Trump by at least 13%, while the prosecution of those engaging in child sexual slavery has plummeted by ~27% (a separate article is coming on this…look for a link in the future). Trump has also put 3 Catholics in the Supreme court, bring the number of pro-Catholics to 7 (Gorsuch was raised and trained Catholic, but claims to be protestant) as well as putting Catholics in hundreds of positions all over the judiciary and powerful positions in government (look into the Catholic run Federalist Society and its massive influence in republicans selecting judges…another article on that soon).
Again, Democrats have several serious areas where they are in opposition to God’s principles as well, and are complicit in many of the same harmful policies to a lesser degree. So don’t take this as endorsement for them. I understand people who might vote for them as the lesser of 2 evils since their policies are a distant 2nd to causing the many evils that exist in society. But they have serious problems as well. Many people, including close relatives, the ghost author of Trump’s book “The Art of the Deal”, many republicans and 1000s of pastors have seen based on Bible principles and the testimony of many witnesses,
that Trump’s father taught him from childhood that getting rich is everything, and that if you have to cheat, con and scam people, ruin small family-run businesses, launder money, work with the mafia, bribe the government or break laws, and even kill people, that’s all secondary to getting rich and famous. The biblical term for that is greed. That’s exactly what he has done with devastating consequences for millions upon millions of people if not billions.
The Bible says that political leaders must not be greedy, promiscuous or ignorant of God’s laws (Deut. 17:17). Because Trump’s top goals in life are greed and pride and he is completely ignorant of God’s laws, he signed many policies (and other republicans supported them) that have caused dire poverty and debt slavery, which are the direct causes of up to 75% of abortions. His policies support corporations that put greed over human welfare and are the main cause of ~41 million deaths every year from bad health (due largely to destructive corporate products). Policies of republicans and Trump cause ~700 people to die every day from poverty in the US, ~220 deaths a day from racism. There are also many deaths from pollution, many deaths from suicide, many deaths from wars that republicans have started overseas. In addition, levels of sex slavery and sexual abuse of children have dramatically risen under Trump.
Very early on, Trump learned from the 33 degree freemason Norman Vincent Peale a kind of occult self-help religion that says to always put a positive spin on whatever happens and just continually say positive things about yourself, mostly refuse to acknowledge sins or wrongs (unless there are seriously earthly consequences) and good things will happen. This rejects reliance on God and Bible principles of repentance, etc. and is a false religion, a religion of the occult.
Trump has also studied propaganda tactics and how to control the masses in great depth and is an expert at using them, telling people what they want to hear, while he does the opposite and betrays them as David K Johnston, a conservative journalist with decades of experience and more original documents about Trump than anyone else on earth. Trump is now scamming Christians and entire countries since so many people have no clue about how to find truth fairly by Bible or academic standards.
Many historians of the holocaust, including Jewish ones, as well as those who
have studied totalitarianism and the constitution, have said that Trump is
following the same tactic the Nazis did and the same steps that brought
dictators to power in country after country (lying constantly to keep people
confused is one of these tactics). He has violated the US constitution in at
least 10 major ways. He was in violation of the emoluments clause on day one and
has made hundreds of millions of dollars from foreign governments and
corporations who frequent his resorts and properties in order to curry favors
and special treatment (which he readily grants if they have paid enough). But
because he and republicans have put yes men all over the government, they won’t
find him guilty of it.
In a Disney
cartoon titled “Rescuers Down Under”, a villainous conniving poacher schemes
and plans to trick a boy into telling him the location of an eagle he wants to
poach. He says, “All I have to do is figure out what the boy wants,
promise that to him and then not give it to him.” This describes Trump to a T.
But as Nomi Prins, a banker who was worked with many countries, says, it
doesn’t matter a lot who is president. The elite powerful control presidents in
various ways, especially if he has no moral backbone. And they are doing
exactly that with Trump. And because they are addicted to greed and power and
don’t care about the common people, people are dying in most of the decisions
that Trump makes. Here’s a rough summary of a few of the ways Trump’s policies
are harming and killing people and the children of the next generation.
1) A BRIEF PARTIAL BODY COUNT FROM REPUBLICAN/TRUMP POLICIES
A) TRUMP’S MAFIA CONNECTIONS AND KILLINGS
Trump has a history of people around him dying, esp. if they
have evidence of his criminal activities. Before Trump became president, quite
a number of people with information about Trump’s criminal activities died in
suspicious circumstances such as three executives who had incriminating
evidence against Trump, dying in a rented helicopter crash.

But this is only a drop in the bucket compared to how many people are dying
now, because now he has far more power than ever before and his corrupt and
immoral policies affect the lives of many millions and sometimes billions of
people.
B) POLICIES OF REPUBLICAN AND TRUMP ARE THE TOP CAUSE OF ABORTION
Many support republicans because of abortion. But Bible principles
and scientific research show that policies of republicans are the biggest cause
of abortion worldwide and that in America the biggest declines came under
Obama. Other ways are much more effective at reducing abortions than supporting
republicans, especially sharing truths of God, following Bible economics and
looking for ways to help pregnant women in trouble at local crisis centers.
Why is abortion highest under republicans? The Bible says that greed causes all
evil (1 Tim. 6:10), brings grief to families (Prov. 15:27), causes
fighting/violence and death (Prov. 28:25, Ez. 45:9, Is. 5:7,8, Hab. 2:5) and
much more evil. This means that greed is the top cause of all the evils above,
including abortion, capitalism, Marxism, secularism, the elite wealthy and
their corruption that destroys freedom, racism, environmental destruction, war
and all other evils. So if you really want to reduce/stop all these evil
injustices, you have to identify the party that is supporting greed the most
and oppose it as the root of all evil, and work through church and local
Christian efforts to reduce poverty. Greed causes abortion, since poverty is
the primary cause in ~75% of abortions. Greed is the primary cause of racism,
because oppressors make ~$182 billion from racism every year. It is similar for
others.
The fact is that the Republican party openly supports giving trillions to the wealthy for no work done (they call it trickle down economics). The Bible strictly and repeatedly forbids governments from favoring the wealthy and that greed will cause poverty (Prov. 22:16). We know that poverty is the primary cause of up to 75% of abortions. This is the most lethal form of greed on planet earth. This is also why abortion usually sky rockets under republicans and in America it declines most under democrats. The biggest declines ever were under Obama for example.
My democrat friends should care about the issue of abortion as well, because even if one does not consider a fetus to be fully human, science shows that abortion is very harmful to the women who have them in significant ways both physical (increasing risks of cancer and other diseases) and psychological (increases depression/suicide, etc). So all should be united in trying to stop abortion as much as possible.

1) Republicans have had majorities on the supreme court for 49 of the last 50 years, sometimes 8 or 9 justices on their side, but still have not overturned Roe v. Wade. Why? The judicial principle of stare decisis means that justices are very unlikely to go against past rulings. So pinning hopes on the supreme court is a fairy tale
2) Roe didn’t make abortion legal, and overturning Roe wouldn’t make abortion illegal. At best overturning Roe vs. Wade might reduce abortions by ~12%.
3) State laws in Texas reduced abortion by 28% there. Laws improving health care and reducing poverty in democrat Delaware reduced it by 37% there.
4) Abortions have gone down under every president in the last 40 years. Abortion went down most under Obama.
5) What people do day to day to aid women in trouble is more important than who is president or supreme court justices. The combination of poverty which is the top reason for up to 75% of abortions,
women being desperate and unable to pay to support another life, and unplanned
pregnancies due to women being unable to access health care clinics combines to

Pollution is a major factor in ~12,600,000 deaths per year.[13] Trump’s administration has systematically stripped the government of all sorts of environmental protections. These will cause large numbers of deaths for years to come.
From relaxing rules on toxic chemicals in toys and consumer products to opening parks for drilling and mining to eliminating rules on pollution, Trump’s policies are just a disaster for the environment and people’s safety in almost every area you look at for the sake of naked greed. And environmental pollution of land, air and water is a major cause of ~13 million deaths every year.

University’s school of law published in March said the Trump administration had
“set its sights on watering down or outright repealing a half-dozen health and
environmental rules critical to the health and welfare of all Americans as well
as the planet”.
1) Trump withdrew from Paris environmental agreement.
2) Slash the size of national monuments like Bears Ears and the Grand
Staircase-Escalante, the biggest elimination of public lands protection in
America’s history and also allowed more mining on public lands and planned to sell
some of it off – despite previously vowing not to.
3) Trump removed key provisions from the Endangered Species Act. The
Environmental Protection Agency is in the process of finalizing plans to
dismantle the Clean Power Plan
4) Cuts to clean water protections The Trump administration plans to remove
protections from thousands of America’s streams and millions of acres of
wetlands, which will enable pollution to enter drinking water. Under the
proposal, fewer waterways would require permits to pollute – including
agricultural runoff and industry waste.
5) More methane In September 2018, the Trump administration announced its plans
to repeal rules that aim to restrict methane leaks on public and tribal lands.

in trade and environment are destroying farms across America, destroying
independence and causing a major increase in suicides of farmers. Because of
his refusal to prepare people for the corona virus, despite knowing full well
how dangerous it is, and because he has refused to help small businesses and
families like he helped corporations, many small businesses have had to close,
leading to yet more suicides.

“American Farm Bureau Federation President Zippy Duvall said, “China’s
announcement that it will not buy any agricultural products from the United
States is a body blow to thousands of farmers and ranchers who are already
struggling to get by.” He added, “In the last 18 months alone, farm and ranch
families have dealt with plunging commodity prices, awful weather and tariffs
higher than we have seen in decades. Farm Bureau economists tell us exports to
China were down by $1.3 billion during the first half of the year.” The recent
decision by Trump’s EPA to exempt an additional 31 small oil refineries from
incorporating ethanol, which is made from corn and accounts for 40% of total
corn use per the USDA, will put even more stress on farmers.”..
The Farm Bureau report showed that farmer bankruptcies had risen in every
region of the U.S. for the year ending in June except for the
Southwest….Patty Edelburg, vice president of the Washington-based National
Farmers Union, which represents about 200,000 U.S. farms. In the interview she
said, “It has been insane. We’ve had a lot of farmers—a lot more
bankruptcies going on, a lot more farmer suicides. These things are
highlighting many of the news stories in our local news.”…In a CNN
interview in May, Minnesota soybean farmer Bill Gordon said, “With these added
tariffs farmers are not getting their credit lines renewed, banks are coming in
and foreclosing on their farms, taking their family living away and it’s too
much for some of them. We have seen a definite increase in the suicide rate and
depression in farmers in the U.S., especially in the Upper Midwest.”

controls the world’s economy and assassinates leaders or invades countries that

economic hitman John Perkins who says that he was working to do this, offering
nation’s leaders bribes on one hand if they allowed American corporations to
exploit their resources and people and assassination and war on the other if
they didn’t), Trump’s policies are having devastating effects on billions of
lives and the full estimate will only be known after many years of research,
and the complete tragic loss of life only God will know completely.
Trump promised to bomb all of America’s “enemies” like crazy, openly talked
about killing the families of terrorists, which is a blatant violation of both
Bible standards and international humanitarian standards/laws like the Geneva
Conventions as well as other violence against innocents. The nonprofit
monitoring group Airwars shows that , the first seven months of the Trump
administration have already resulted in more civilian deaths than under the
entirety of the Obama administration…The Obama administration carefully
crafted a deliberate set of rules guiding the use of force. In 2013, Obama
released the Presidential Policy Guidance for Approving Direct Action Against
Terrorist Targets (PPG), which created specific rules for determining when the
use of force against terrorists was legally justified. Then, in 2016, Obama
issued an executive order on civilian harm that established heightened
standards to minimize civilian casualties from military actions, and required
the public release of information pertaining to strikes against terrorist

Trump’s policies have killed more than 100,000 innocent people in ONLY Yemen

that were supposed to watch and prepare for pandemics, his willful failure to
prepare the American people when he knew what was coming and his decision to
lie constantly after he knew the facts, making decisions weeks or months after
he knew the dangers, real innocent people have died after most of his

He supports the harmful evil of abortion. He has opposed principles of Civil Rights and supported racism. He has played a major role in putting many people in jail who were either innocent or only committed minor offenses. He has opposed civil liberties and increased state surveillance. He was a major factor in restricting immigration. He has many connections to the oil/fossil companies that are making climate change far more destructive.

But the republican policies are according to the Bible and science significantly more devastating and lethal. And so if you were to vote for the lesser of 2 evils, you would have to vote against republicans first and foremost.
